Valencia Hotel Collection proudly announces the appointment of Colee Reed as Director of Sales and Marketing of Cotton Court. This strategic leadership appointment reinforces the hotel’s continued commitment to operational excellence and delivering elevated guest experiences.
Reed will lead the hotel’s overall sales strategy, group and corporate business development efforts, and market positioning initiatives, with a focus on driving sustainable revenue growth and cultivating long-term partnerships.
Reed previously served as Cotton Court’s Group Sales Manager and Catering & Conference Services Manager. With more than five years of hospitality sales leadership experience, she brings deep operational knowledge and a results-driven approach to the role.
Reed’s leadership will further strengthen Cotton Court’s position as a premier destination in Lubbock, Texas supporting Valencia Hotel Collection’s mission to deliver exceptional service and luxury hospitality experiences.
Colee Reed is an alumnus of Texas Tech University – Class of 2014.
