Miraval The Red Sea has appointed Peeyush Pandey as Director of Food and Beverage, guiding culinary direction and mindful nutrition as the adults-only, all-inclusive resort prepares to welcome travellers to Shura Island.
Pandey is a seasoned hospitality professional with more than two decades of international experience across Africa, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. Recognised for his strategic vision and commitment to team development, his leadership combines operational rigour with a people-focused mindset and a deep understanding of service culture and global luxury dining.
In his role, Pandey will shape the resort’s complete food and beverage journey, from opening its restaurants to refining daily service rituals. Dining concepts and standards will be developed across all venues to align with Miraval’s philosophy of mindfulness, balance, and purposeful design. His focus on quality, consistency, and cultural sensitivity will be central to delivering a culinary offering rooted in nourishment, creativity, and a strong connection to place.
