Eloise Morrow has been appointed as Director of Projects at Jamaica Inn
Jamaica Inn the beloved family-owned boutique hotel in Ocho Rios, Jamaica, is delighted to announce the appointment of Eloise Morrow as Director of Projects.
Growing up at the Inn, Eloise developed a deep connection to the hotel and its guests - watching her father Eric and uncle Peter build the property into one of the Caribbean's most cherished destinations. She now returns to join her sister Olivia Morrow, Co-owner and Assistant Director of Sales and Marketing, bringing a new generation of family stewardship to this iconic property.
After leaving Jamaica to study business in the United States, Eloise spent six years in London working in client-facing account management roles for SaaS technology companies, building expertise in digital strategy and customer engagement. She now brings that experience back where it began, as the Inn prepares to celebrate its 70th anniversary next year.
In her new role, Eloise will oversee day-to-day operations while spearheading a series of digital transformation initiatives aimed at enhancing the guest experience and modernising the hotel's systems - deepening the family's hands-on involvement as Jamaica Inn counts down to its 70th anniversary.
