Natasha Casillo has been appointed as General Manager at JW Marriott Nashville
JW Marriott Nashville is pleased to announce the appointment of Natasha Casillo as General Manager, bringing more than 20 years of global hospitality leadership to one of Music City’s premier luxury hotels.
At JW Marriott Nashville, Natasha will oversee all aspects of hotel operations, with a focus on guest experience, team culture, and continued positioning of the hotel as a leading luxury destination in the Southeast.
Originally from a suburb of London, Natasha is a graduate of Oxford Brookes University’s Hotel and Restaurant Management program and began her career at the Boston Marriott Cambridge, advancing through leadership roles at Boston Marriott Copley Place. She later served as Director of Rooms at Hotel Commonwealth, where she played a key role in overseeing the property’s $55 million expansion.
Following seven years at Hotel Commonwealth, Natasha broadened her luxury service expertise as Premium Team Lead at British Airways, managing VIP and premium travel experiences, before returning to the hotel industry at InterContinental Boston, where she spent three years in senior leadership roles.
In 2017, Natasha joined Turnberry Associates leading the pre-opening and ongoing operations of Courtyard by Marriott Boston Downtown/North Station as General Manager. Her tenure was marked by strong operational performance and industry recognition, including Boston HSMAI General Manager of the Year and Marriott’s Hotel Opening of the Year Award in 2018. With her global perspective, award-winning leadership, and passion for elevated guest experiences, Natasha is poised to lead JW Marriott Nashville into its next chapter of growth, innovation, and continued excellence.
JW Marriott Nashville offers 533 guestrooms, including 37 suites, with sweeping skyline views through floor-to-ceiling windows.
