With an extensive career spanning luxury and lifestyle hospitality, including multiple hotel openings across major markets, Graham joins the leadership team with a refined strategic lens and deep industry relationships.

In her new role, Graham will oversee the hotel’s sales and marketing strategy, driving revenue growth, strengthening brand positioning, and further elevating Hard Rock Hotel New York’s presence within the New York hospitality landscape. She will lead the property’s group, corporate, and leisure sales initiatives while supporting marketing efforts across its signature venues, including Sessions Restaurant & Bar and RT60 Rooftop Bar & Lounge.

Graham’s hospitality career began on the East End of Long Island at Southampton Inn before moving into reservations with Leading Hotels of the World, where she transitioned into her first sales role. She later joined the reopening team for The Peninsula New York, setting the stage for a series of senior leadership roles at some of the industry’s most prestigious properties, including The Ritz-Carlton Boston, The Peninsula Beverly Hills, and Hotel Bel-Air.

Her career reflects a consistent presence within high-profile luxury markets. Most recently, she served as Director of Sales & Marketing for Grayson Hotel, where she was part of the opening team. She also held the role of Complex Director of Sales & Marketing with SIXTY Hotels prior to joining Hard Rock Hotel New York.

Known for her ability to blend strategic vision with hands-on execution, Graham has built a reputation for driving performance, cultivating long-standing client relationships, and successfully positioning both legacy luxury brands and independent lifestyle properties in competitive urban markets.
