Estephanie Pastor has been appointed as Director of Residences at The St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort & Residences
The St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort announces the appointment of Estephanie Pastor as Director of Residences. Having been with Marriott International since 2010, Pastor brings over 16 years of experience across residential and guest services, with a strong track record in leadership, operational excellence, and resident engagement. Known for her hands-on approach and ability to foster high-performing teams, she brings a thoughtful, service-driven perspective to the role.
She began her career as a Residences Concierge at W South Beach, where her commitment to personalized service quickly distinguished her, and advanced through roles including Residences Supervisor, Manager, Assistant Director of Residences, and Director of Guest Services. In this capacity, she oversaw both Concierge and Insider teams, strengthening her cross-functional expertise and deepening her ability to deliver seamless, elevated guest and resident experiences.
Most recently, she served as Residences Manager at The St. Regis Bal Harbour Residences, overseeing operations across three associations and leading a team of over 45 professionals. She implemented strategic initiatives that enhanced operational efficiency, strengthened financial performance, and elevated overall resident satisfaction. Her leadership style emphasizes collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
A licensed CAM and Notary Public in Florida, Pastor is fluent in Portuguese, English, and Spanish, reflecting her global perspective and strong communication skills. She has been recognized as Manager of the Quarter in 2023 and 2025, and Manager of the Year in 2024. Outside of her professional achievements, Pastor is deeply family-oriented and enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, and their Corgi.
