Perez-Vega is a seasoned hospitality professional with nearly 14 years of experience, having built his career from the ground up, beginning as a bellman and advancing through progressive leadership roles across hotel operations. His background spans major tourism markets including Los Angeles, Austin and Denver, with a strong focus on lifestyle hotel environments where he cultivated a deep commitment to service excellence, guest satisfaction and team development. Perez-Vega joined Highgate in December 2023 and was appointed as complex hotel manager to The Brown Palace and Holiday Inn Express Downtown Denver in April 2025, where he quickly became a trusted leader across both properties.
Throughout his career, Perez-Vega has successfully guided teams through hotel openings and large-scale property transformations.
