The St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort announces the appointment of Brent Devlin as Executive Chef, marking a continued evolution of the resort's culinary vision and dining experience.
Devlin brings more than two decades of experience leading dynamic culinary teams across globally recognized luxury hotels. He joins from JW Marriott Austin, where he managed a large-scale operation and oversaw a multi-million dollar food and beverage program. His leadership earned him Manager of the Year in 2022, underscoring his ability to deliver both operational excellence and elevated guest experiences.
Devlin's international background includes key roles in Dubai at InterContinental Dubai Marina and JW Marriott Marquis Dubai, where he served as Chef de Cuisine at Prime68 Steakhouse. During his tenure, the restaurant received notable industry recognition, including BBC Good Food Awards honors. With a leadership style rooted in discipline and consistency, Devlin's culinary philosophy centers on bold, approachable flavors and refined execution. In his new role, he will oversee all culinary operations, including the resort's signature restaurant, BH Prime.
