Ayush Saraf has been appointed as Training Manager at JW Marriott Hotel Bengaluru
Strengthening its focus on people development and service excellence, JW Marriott Hotel Bengaluru has appointed Ayush Saraf as Training Manager.
With over a decade of experience in hospitality learning and development, Ayush brings a thoughtful approach to training, with a strong focus on associate engagement, capability building, and cultivating service-led cultures. Throughout his journey with Marriott International and other leading hospitality brands, he has contributed to designing impactful learning initiatives, mentoring talent, and enabling teams to deliver intuitive and memorable guest experiences.
Prior to joining JW Marriott Hotel Bengaluru, Ayush was associated with Coorg Marriott Resort & Spa, where he led key training initiatives to enhance service culture and team performance. He has also held roles across reputed hospitality brands including The Tamara Coorg, Woods at Sasan, and Evolve Back Resorts, where he played an integral role in learning and development and leadership training.
In his role, Ayush will lead the hotel’s learning and development function, with a focus on building leadership capability, enhancing service culture, and empowering associates to consistently deliver refined and intuitive guest experiences.
Ayush Saraf is an alumnus of Edinburgh Napier University – Class of 2012.
