Raquel Pirola has been appointed as Commercial Director at The Savoy

The Savoy continues to strengthen its leadership team with the appointment of Raquel Pirola as Commercial Director, bringing over two decades of international experience to London’s original luxury hotel.

Pirola’s career is defined by working with globally recognised brands, including the Four Seasons UK Hotel Collection, where she led integrated commercial teams across its UK properties. Experience also includes senior roles at EssilorLuxottica, where she was responsible for the global business marketing strategy across a portfolio of brands including Sunglass Hut, Ray-Ban and Oakley. Most recently, Pirola led the repositioning of Riverstone Living, the UK’s pioneer in luxury living for those aged over 65.

In her role at The Savoy, Pirola will oversee the hotel’s commercial function, including sales, marketing, revenue management and brand positioning, supporting the evolution of the hotel as it continues to invest in upgrades to its rooms, facilities and guest experience.

Working closely with the hotel’s leadership team, including Managing Director, Franck Arnold, Pirola will play a key role in ensuring The Savoy remains both relevant and distinctive, continuing to set the standard for luxury hospitality in London and beyond.
