A recognized leader in luxury wellness within the hospitality industry, Serito brings a wealth of experience and innovation to her new role at The Belgrove Resort & Spa West Palm Beach. Serito will oversee all spa, wellness, and fitness operations, elevating the guest experience while continuing to position the resort as a leading wellness destination.
With nearly a decade of experience in luxury hospitality with Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, Serito brings a strong track record of operational excellence and team leadership. Prior to joining The Belgrove Resort & Spa West Palm Beach, she served as Director of Spa at Four Seasons Hotel Chicago, where she led the successful reopening of the spa following a major $5 million renovation. Her leadership drove notable growth in revenue, guest satisfaction, and team engagement, resulting in the spa earning a Forbes Four-Star rating in its first evaluation cycle.
Serito earned a Bachelor of Science in Resort and Hospitality Management with a concentration in spa management from Florida Gulf Coast University. She further expanded her expertise with a Human Resources Management Certificate from Cornell University, strengthening her foundation in team leadership, organizational development, and operations within luxury hospitality. She previously held multiple leadership roles at Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach and contributed to multiple high-profile openings, including Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia at Comcast Center and Four Seasons Hotel at The Surf Club.
