Long Nguyen has been appointed as Food & Beverage Manager at Shilla Monogram Quangnam Danang, marking a return to a property where he previously played an instrumental role in the resort's food and beverage operations.
Long joins the leadership team with extensive experience in luxury hospitality and a strong operational background developed through years with internationally recognized hotel brands and operators. Most recently, he served as Food & Beverage Manager at Premier Village Danang Resort, where he successfully led the resort's food and beverage division through a dynamic transition period following the property's de-branding.
His return to Shilla Monogram Danang reflects a familiar and successful journey with the resort. From 2022 to 2024, Long held the position of Assistant Food & Beverage Manager, contributing significantly to operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and team development across the resort's dining venues. Prior to that, between 2019 and 2021, he served as Banquet Manager, where he built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality events and memorable guest experiences.
Throughout his career, Long has gained valuable experience with major hospitality operators including Vinpearl and Accor. His hospitality foundation was shaped during his early career at Four Seasons Resort The Nam Hai, where he developed a strong passion for luxury service standards and personalized guest experiences.
Known for his hands-on leadership style, operational expertise, and dedication to service excellence, Long brings a deep understanding of both resort operations and people development. His broad experience across restaurants, bars, banquets, and resort dining concepts positions him well to lead the continued growth and innovation of the food and beverage division at Shilla Monogram Danang.
In his new role, Long will oversee all food and beverage operations at the resort, with a focus on enhancing guest experiences, driving commercial performance, and strengthening operational standards across all outlets.
