Viewline Resort Snowmass, Autograph Collection announced today that Traci Day has been appointed Director of Sales and Marketing of the Aspen Snowmass mountainside property. A seasoned hospitality professional with more than 20 years of experience, Day brings a proven track record of driving revenue growth, leading high-performing teams, and executing complex, multi-property initiatives across the hotel industry. In her new role, she will oversee all sales and marketing efforts for the resort, with a focus on elevating brand positioning, strengthening partnerships, and maximizing group and leisure business.
Day holds an MBA in Project Management and is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP). Throughout her career, she has successfully led large-scale hotel and product launches, managed multi-million-dollar budgets, and guided cross-functional teams across diverse markets. Known for her people-first leadership style, Day has consistently delivered mission-critical results by optimizing resources, implementing best practices, and fostering collaborative, high-performance teams. She also brings deep experience in contract negotiation, procurement, budgeting, and client-focused operations, including developing RFPs, statements of work, and strategic sales initiatives. Most recently, Day served as Director of Sales and Marketing at The St. Regis Houston, where she drove an 18% year-over-year revenue increase through a strategic shift in the corporate segment, boosted group catering revenue by 88% year-over-year, and fostered a top-ranked team culture with a 92% employee engagement score — the highest in Marriott's Western Region luxury portfolio.
