Kochi Marriott Hotel is delighted to announce the appointment of Sri Ram Kumar V as Director of Engineering.
Sri Ram Kumar brings over 14 years of experience in luxury hospitality engineering operations, hotel pre-openings, project management, preventive maintenance, energy conservation, and technical leadership across renowned hospitality brands in India and the Middle East.
In his new role, Sri Ram Kumar will oversee all engineering and maintenance operations at Kochi Marriott Hotel, focusing on preventive maintenance strategies, sustainability initiatives, engineering compliance, and seamless operational support to enhance guest experiences and hotel performance. He will also work closely with the Loss Prevention team on safety-related measures and emergency preparedness.
Known for his strong technical expertise and solution-oriented leadership, Sri Ram Kumar has consistently improved engineering standards, optimized energy use, and strengthened service reliability across the properties he has served.
