Angie Lee assumes the role of executive chef at Jamaica Bay Inn Marina Del Rey, Tapestry Collection by Hilton, overseeing the hotel’s Beachside Restaurant & Bar, in-room dining, and banquets and catering.
She has more than a decade of experience leading high-volume, high-profile kitchens, with most recent roles as executive chef at Ysabel and Hotel June in Los Angeles. Her career also includes leadership roles at Proper Hotel Santa Monica and The London Hotel West Hollywood, along with formative training at Michelin three-star Martín Berasategui in Spain.
