Raúl Trejo has been appointed as Pastry Chef at The Inn of The Five Graces

The Pink Adobe is thrilled to announce the appointment of Pastry Chef Raul Trej, who will lead a reimagined culinary vision alongside Chef de Cuisine Mario Espinosa.

Chef Raúl Trejo brings a dynamic and complementary perspective to The Pink Adobe's culinary team. With nearly a decade of experience in some of Mexico's most respected kitchens, he has built a reputation for technical skill, creativity, and a commitment to continuous learning.

His career includes leadership roles as Chef de Cuisine at AguaTinta in Yucatán, where he developed innovative menus and cultivated high-performing culinary teams, as well as time at the acclaimed Pujol in Mexico City, where he refined his craft as Chef de Partie under one of the world's most influential culinary programs. Additional positions as Sous Chef and Chef de Partie across Mexico have further strengthened his expertise in both traditional and contemporary Mexican cuisine. Currently working as a Pastry Chef at Milpa in Osaka, Japan, Chef Trejo continues to expand his culinary perspective through international experience.

Known for his collaborative leadership style, he excels in menu development, team training, operational management, and creating memorable guest experiences.
