Thomas Ty  has been appointed as Director of Rooms at Sheraton Minneapolis Downtown Convention Center

Thomas Ty brings more than a decade of hospitality experience at several of Minneapolis’ premier hotels, where he has built a reputation for his people-first leadership style, operational expertise, and commitment to creating elevated guest experiences. In his role, he will oversee front office, housekeeping, and overall guest experience operations across the property, helping further strengthen the guest experience as the hotel continues to build on its post-renovation momentum.
