Red Cliffs Lodge Zion, A Tribute Portfolio Hotel, an immersive destination crafted for the adventure traveler in the heart of Zion Canyon, is proud to announce the appointment of Nadia Santacruz as general manager. In her new role, Santacruz oversees hotel operations, guest experience strategy, financial performance, food and beverage innovation and team development at the only full-service Marriott Bonvoy property in Springdale, and the closest Marriott to Zion National Park.
With nearly a decade of experience in hotel operations, luxury guest service, and food and beverage management, Santacruz is recognized for building high-performing teams, elevating guest experiences and driving strong financial results for both luxury and select-service hotels. Known for her hands-on leadership style and operational discipline, she has built a reputation for creating collaborative team cultures centered around service excellence. She also brings a wealth of knowledge of national park and adventure travel in the southwestern U.S. to her new role. Prior to joining Red Cliffs Lodge Zion, Santacruz served as general manager of a Hyatt Place Page/Lake Powell in Page, Arizona, where she achieved record operational flow-through results. Before that, she was the restaurant manager at Amangiri in Canyon Point, Utah, where she helped develop the resort’s elevated dining concepts, destination-inspired cocktail programs and exceptional service standards.
