Tiffany Crawlle has been appointed as Hotel Manager at La Bahia Hotel & Spa
La Bahia Hotel & Spa, the first and only luxury resort of its kind in the idyllic coastal town of Santa Cruz, announces the appointment of Tiffany Crawlle as Hotel Manager. Bringing more than 15 years of luxury hospitality and resort leadership experience, Crawlle joins the executive team and will oversee day-to-day operations, guest experience, and team leadership for the landmark property.
An accomplished hospitality executive with an extensive background spanning across luxury resorts, urban hotels, and high-profile openings, Crawlle joins La Bahia Hotel & Spa from Hilton Hotels in Napa, Calif., where she served as General Manager overseeing a 205-room Curio Collection conversion property. Prior to that role, she served as Hotel Manager at Signia by Hilton San Jose, leading operational teams across the 805-room convention hotel while driving guest satisfaction, team engagement and operational performance.
Crawlle’s distinguished career also includes serving as General Manager for the opening of RH Guesthouse in New York City, the first boutique hospitality concept from the RH brand, where she led the successful launch of the property and developed operational structures and service standards from inception. Earlier in her career, Crawlle held leadership roles with Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts across Hawaii, Dubai and Atlanta, including at Four Seasons Resort Maui at Wailea, Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach and Four Seasons Hotel DIFC.
