Minu Budhathoki has been appointed as Director of Spa at Sheraton Grand Bengaluru Whitefield Hotel & Convention Center
Sheraton Grand Bengaluru Whitefield Hotel & Convention Center is pleased to announce the appointment of Minu Budhathoki as the Director of Spa. In her new role, Minu will lead the hotel’s spa and wellness division, focusing on enhancing guest experiences, strengthening wellness programming, and further positioning the property as a preferred luxury wellness destination in Bengaluru.
With over 19 years of experience in luxury wellness and spa operations , Minu brings deep expertise in spa administration, guest experience management, wellness operations, retail strategy, and team leadership. Her career has been shaped by a strong understanding of premium hospitality, where service excellence, operational discipline, and personalized guest engagement remain central to the wellness experience.
Prior to joining Sheraton Grand Bengaluru Whitefield Hotel & Convention Center, Minu served as Spa Manager at Infuse Spa, Four Seasons Hotel Bengaluru, where she played a key role in launching and positioning the spa as one of India’s premium luxury wellness destinations. In this role, she led end-to-end spa operations while overseeing revenue strategy, guest engagement, sales and marketing, procurement, training, finance coordination, and people development.
Minu has also held leadership and guest-facing roles across internationally renowned luxury hospitality environments, including Burj Al Arab, Dubai, where she spent over a decade rising from Guest Services Assistant to Assistant Manager. Additionally, she completed global task force assignments as Spa Manager with Four Seasons properties in Dubai and Mauritius. This extensive exposure has strengthened her ability to manage high-performing teams, deliver refined wellness experiences, and build spa operations that balance guest satisfaction with commercial performance.
With this new leadership appointment, the hotel aims to further innovate its wellness portfolio and set new benchmarks for luxury spa experiences in the region.
