Marlon Hirsh has been appointed as General Manager at ADERO Scottsdale Resort, Autograph Collection
ADERO Scottsdale Resort, Autograph Collection announces the appointment of luxury hospitality veteran Marlon Hirsh as General Manager of the award-winning resort located in a certified International Dark Sky Community. Bringing more than three decades of global leadership experience with some of the world’s most respected hospitality brands, Hirsh will oversee all aspects of operations for the 177-room resort as it prepares to embark on a transformative new chapter.
Hirsh joins ADERO Scottsdale Resort following his role as General Manager of The Island House and Old Fort Bay Club in Nassau, Bahamas, where he led operations for the boutique hotel and private membership club. Throughout his career, he has held senior management positions with brands including The Ritz-Carlton, Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, Nobu Hotels, Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts, and Melco Resorts & Entertainment.
His extensive background includes pre-opening oversight for City of Dreams Mediterranean in Cyprus, Europe’s first integrated resort and casino, and Nobu Hotel Manila, the brand’s premiere property in Asia. In addition to successful hotel openings, Hirsh has been recognized for developing high-performing teams, cultivating service-driven cultures, and elevating guest experiences through Forbes Five-Star standards.
As General Manager, Hirsh is tasked with leading day-to-day operations across the resort’s guest rooms and suites, food and beverage outlets, spa and fitness, and meetings and events programming while guiding the property’s transformation project. Set for completion in December 2026, the resort’s reimagination will feature elevated dining concepts, an expanded wellness experience, enhanced gathering spaces, and other upgrades designed to further immerse guests in the surrounding Adero Canyon and desert landscape.
