Bianca Andersen has been appointed as Resort Manager at Four Seasons Resort Seychelles
Four Seasons Resort Seychelles announces the appointment of Bianca Andersen as Resort Manager, bringing with her more than 13 years of luxury hospitality experience and a proven track record of operational excellence, guest experience innovation, and people-focused leadership.
Bianca returns to Four Seasons following her tenure as Director of Rooms at One&Only Cape Town. No stranger to the brand or destination, she previously spent more than two years at Four Seasons Resort Seychelles at Desroches Island as Director of Rooms, where she played an instrumental role in enhancing the island's guest experience and operational offerings.
In her new role, Bianca will work closely with General Manager Nitin Abbi and the resort's leadership team to oversee daily operations while continuing to elevate the guest journey, strengthen team engagement, and support the resort's long-term strategic development.
Born and raised in Johannesburg, South Africa, Bianca holds a Master's Degree in Tourism and Hospitality, a Bachelor of Technology Degree in Hospitality Management (Cum Laude), and a National Diploma in Hospitality Management from the University of Johannesburg.
Her hospitality journey began with operational training across multiple departments before progressing into reservations, group and convention management, and senior leadership positions. Bianca joined Four Seasons in 2016 as CORE (Reservations) Manager at Four Seasons Hotel The Westcliff Johannesburg. Through dedication, curiosity, and a people-first approach to leadership, she quickly progressed to Assistant Director of Rooms before relocating to Four Seasons Resort Seychelles at Desroches Island as Director of Rooms.
During her time on Desroches Island, Bianca oversaw several key initiatives, including the introduction of the Island Concierge programme to enhance the homeowner experience, the development of dynamic land and sea recreation programmes, and the establishment of the resort's conservation team. She also led enhancements to family programming through the reimagining of the Kids For All Seasons experience and supported the launch of the island boutique, showcasing locally sourced products and artisans.
Her experience extends beyond her home properties through task force assignments supporting Four Seasons properties in Bahrain, Mauritius, and the Serengeti, further broadening her operational expertise across diverse luxury hospitality environments.
Having lived and worked in the Seychelles, Bianca has developed a deep appreciation for the destination's unique blend of natural beauty, culture, and tranquillity.
As Resort Manager, Bianca’s priorities include enhancing the luxury guest experience through thoughtful and authentic island moments, further developing family, wellness, and lifestyle offerings, identifying new opportunities for resort growth, and fostering strong cross-departmental collaboration among team members. She is particularly passionate about creating seamless guest journeys, from pre-arrival through departure, while ensuring every touchpoint reflects the warmth and attention to detail synonymous with Four Seasons.
Outside of work, Anderson enjoys travelling, discovering new cultures, and exploring new culinary experiences. A passionate sports enthusiast, she follows football, tennis, and Formula 1, and is always planning her next adventure, having already visited more than 20 countries around the world.
With her deep connection to the Seychelles, extensive Four Seasons experience, and commitment to developing people and creating memorable guest experiences, Bianca is poised to play an important role in shaping the next chapter of Four Seasons Resort Seychelles.
