Henden brings more than 30 years of international luxury hospitality experience across leading resorts and hotels including Hyatt, Jumeirah, Soneva, and Six Senses. Since joining the COMO family in 2022 at COMO Laucala Island in Fiji, he has been an integral part of the brand, consistently demonstrating strong leadership, a commitment to personalised service, and a focus on operational excellence and warm, people-led culture. His extensive private island experience, sustainability mindset, and guest-centric approach position him well to guide COMO Parrot Cay into its next chapter.
