Pascha Bhatti has been appointed as General Manager at W New York – Union Square
W Hotels’ recently revitalized global flagship property, W New York - Union Square, is pleased to announce the appointment of Pascha Bhatti as its new General Manager. With over 17 years of international hospitality experience and a strong foundation across the Marriott luxury brands including W Hotels and The Ritz-Carlton, Pascha brings extensive expertise in hotel concept development, brand positioning, and operational excellence to the newly transformed property.
Prior to joining W New York - Union Square, Pascha served as the Hotel Manager of Hotel Arts Barcelona, where he oversaw a comprehensive, multi-year renovation and repositioning project while managing one of the company’s most complex operations. Under his leadership, the hotel achieved significant performance growth and elevated the guest experience. Throughout his career, Pascha has held multiple leadership roles across food & beverage, operations, and executive management within some of the world’s most recognized luxury hotels. Pascha has played a key role in nine luxury hotel openings and transitions across W Hotels, The Ritz-Carlton, The Ritz-Carlton Reserve, St. Regis Hotels & Resorts, and EDITION Hotels portfolio where he was continuously recognized for his dynamic leadership style, global perspective, and strong track record for excellence.
Pascha’s appointment comes nearly one year after the global flagship's $100 million full room-to-rooftop reinvention, which reinforced the property as an iconic destination for cultural programming and superior hospitality. As W New York - Union Square continues to set the standard for W Hotel, Pascha is ready to usher in an exciting new era of the hotel’s storied history right in the heart of Union Square.
