Nicolas Renouf has been appointed as Resort Manager at Omni Mount Washington Resort & Spa
Omni Mount Washington Resort & Spa is pleased to announce the appointment of Nicolas Renouf as Resort Manager. A seasoned hospitality executive with deep expertise and experience at four- and five-star hotels across North America, Europe and the Middle East, including InterContinental Boston, Four Seasons Palm Beach and Grand Hotel Kempinski Riga, Renouf will oversee day-to-day resort operations while working alongside Managing Director Michael Medeiros. In his role, he will help advance strategic business initiatives, elevate the guest experience and drive operational excellence as the resort enters an exciting new chapter.
With more than a century of history, Omni Mount Washington Resort & Spa is one of New England's most celebrated resorts and one of the last remaining Grand Hotels in New Hampshire. Renouf joins the property following the completion of its sweeping reimagination – a transformative renovation that refreshed guestrooms, public spaces and signature amenities while honoring the hotel's storied legacy. His leadership will help bring the resort's renewed vision to life, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while supporting its continued evolution as a premier four-season destination.
Prior to joining Omni Mount Washington Resort & Spa, Renouf served as Director of Food & Beverage at InterContinental Boston, where he led a 130-member team overseeing a $32 million food and beverage operation, spearheaded renovation projects and helped the hotel achieve Forbes Four-Star and AAA Four Diamond recognition. Before that, he held leadership positions with Four Seasons Palm Beach and Kempinski Hotels across Latvia, Lithuania and the United Arab Emirates, earning a reputation for elevating luxury guest experiences, developing high-performing teams and leading large-scale operational initiatives.
