Nicolas began his Four Seasons journey in 2004 at Four Seasons Resort Provence at Terre Blanche, France, where he held several Food & Beverage roles that laid the foundation for his career in luxury hospitality. Over the years, he has built an impressive international career across France, Singapore, China, and Indonesia, taking on progressive leadership roles while earning a reputation for operational excellence, collaborative leadership, and a genuine passion for developing people.

Since October 2021, Nicolas has served as Resort Manager at Four Seasons Resort Bali at Jimbaran Bay, where he has been instrumental in enhancing operational performance, strengthening team culture, and elevating the guest experience. Prior to Bali, he held a series of senior Food & Beverage leadership positions within Four Seasons, including Director of Food & Beverage in Bali and Shanghai, and Assistant Director of Food & Beverage in Guangzhou. Throughout his career, he has consistently cultivated high-performing teams while delivering exceptional guest experiences rooted in authentic, personalized hospitality.

Beyond his property leadership, Nicolas has made significant contributions across the Asia Pacific region. He currently serves as APAC Regional Spa Lead, has participated in multiple Food & Beverage Division Reviews across Asia, and has supported key operational initiatives through task force assignments, including serving as Hotel Manager Task Force at Four Seasons Hotel Osaka. In recognition of his leadership and impact, he was named Hotel Manager of the Year at the Stelliers Asia 2025 awards.
