Taylor McCain has been appointed as Executive Chef at Tempo by Hilton Nashville Downtown

With a background in luxury hospitality, hotel dining, and banquet operations, Taylor’s cooking technique balances creativity, technical execution, and a deeply rooted belief in genuine hospitality. Taylor brings a wealth of knowledge to her new role, having spent years gaining experience in everything from high-volume service and hotel operations to refined dining and large-scale events. Taylor joins Lovelorn Lounge at Tempo by Hilton Nashville Downtown from Roze Pony Nashville, where she served as sous chef, and prior to that, she held the role of sous chef at Holston House Nashville. From serving as a chef in restaurant kitchens to a private chef in at-home kitchens, throughout her career, Taylor has established a foundation for exceptional dishes, attention to detail, and consistency. Placing a strong emphasis on a positive restaurant culture, Taylor leads with passion and the recognition that guest experience is a direct reflection of the team’s strength in the kitchen.
