Marc LeBlanc has been appointed as General Manager at Nay Palad Hideaway
Nay Palad Hideaway, the award-winning barefoot luxury retreat on Siargao Island in the Philippines, is pleased to announce the appointment of Marc LeBlanc as General Manager.
LeBlanc joins Nay Palad Hideaway with a strong background in luxury resort leadership, commercial strategy, financial management, operations, team development and high-touch guest service. Most recently, he served as General Manager of Shinta Mani Wild in Cambodia, an ultra-luxury tented camp located in the Cardamom rainforest. His previous experience also includes senior leadership roles at Cap Karoso in Sumba, Kandolhu Maldives, Luna2 in Bali, The Westin Dawn Beach Resort & Spa in Sint Maarten and Little Cayman Beach Resort.
As General Manager, LeBlanc will oversee the overall leadership, operations, commercial performance and guest experience of the Hideaway.
Located between the white sands of Malinao and the mangrove forests of Siargao, Nay Palad Hideaway has earned international recognition for its intimate villa experience, soulful hospitality, creative guest programming and commitment to preserving the natural beauty and culture of the island.
