A highly respected Malaysian culinary leader, Chef Yab has built an impressive career across renowned luxury hotels and resorts in Malaysia, China, Thailand, and Indonesia. His distinguished journey includes executive culinary leadership roles with internationally recognised hospitality brands such as InterContinental, Marriott, Starwood Hotels & Resorts, Wanda Hotels, Kerry Hotel, and Avani Hotels, where he has successfully led diverse culinary operations and delivered world-class dining experiences.
Throughout his career, Chef Yab has overseen large-scale kitchen operations, developed innovative dining concepts, managed prestigious international events, and crafted memorable culinary experiences for VIP guests, corporate leaders, and distinguished visitors. His extensive expertise spans Asian cuisine, international culinary innovation, menu development, food quality enhancement, cost management, and culinary team development.
