Thomas Mauman has been appointed as General Manager at Margaritaville Resort Lake Tahoe
Margaritaville Resort Lake Tahoe, Margaritaville’s only ski destination and South Lake Tahoe’s only all-suite resort, announces the appointment of Thomas Mauman as General Manager. Mauman is a seasoned hospitality executive who brings more than 20 years of leadership experience at notable hotel brands to his new position, naturally embodying the Margaritaville spirit and bringing positivity and creativity along with an impressive track record of driving performance and fostering strong team culture.
Regarded for creating defined strategies and engaging his teams to achieve impressive results across metrics, Mauman has had a positive and lasting impact on each of his properties. He most recently served as General Manager of the Montrose at Beverly Hills, following Director of Hotel Operations positions at Renaissance Hotels and InterContinental Hotels & Resorts. Previously, he held leadership roles at various Marriott Hotels. He was also a General Manager at Hamptons Inn and Suites.
As General Manager of Margaritaville Resort Lake Tahoe, Mauman will oversee all aspects of operations, with a focus on revenue growth, long-term asset value, and ensuring exceptional employee engagement and guest satisfaction. He will also guide the continued evolution of the resort’s lively social experiences, five distinctive dining concepts, and service, bringing Margaritaville’s authentic and fun hospitality to life across every touchpoint.
