Nicole Tracy has been appointed as Group Sales Manager at OUTRIGGER Kona Resort & Spa

OUTRIGGER Kona Resort & Spa has strengthened its group sales team with the appointment of Nicole Tracy as Group Sales Manager, supporting the resort's continued growth in the meetings, incentives, conferences and events (MICE) market. Tracy joined the team on March 16, 2026.

In her role, Tracy will focus on developing new group business, cultivating relationships with meeting planners and corporate clients, and driving sales strategies across key mainland U.S. markets. She most recently served as Senior Sales Manager at Hilton Austin Convention Center and previously held sales leadership positions at Horseshoe Bay Resort and Spa, Lakeway Resort and Spa and La Quinta of Lakeway in Texas, where she developed expertise in group sales, contract negotiations and multi-market account management.
