Quinn Saine has been promoted to Director of Racquet Sports at Silverado Resort
Silverado Resort is driving its premier Napa Valley tennis and pickleball experiences forward with the promotion of Quinn Saine to Director of Racquet Sports. Leading a team of industry professionals, including John Weston, Phil Graham, and George Saheb, Saine will oversee a lineup of programming designed to deliver an elevated, community-focused experience for members, resort guests, and corporate groups.
Recognized by Tennis Resorts Online as one of the top 14 tennis programs in the world, Silverado boasts eight Plexipave tennis courts and six dedicated pickleball courts, providing a stunning backdrop for player development, social connection, and tournament play.
Promoted to the role in early 2026, Saine has been an integral part of the Silverado family since joining as a Tennis Professional in August 2010. Coming from a legendary Midwest tennis family, with his father and grandfather both inducted into the Indiana Coaches Hall of Fame, Saine brings a deeply collaborative, hospitality-first approach.
Prior to Silverado, the USPTA Elite Professional and former Division I athlete at Western Kentucky University trained under Jim Leupold at the JW Marriott Desert Springs and coached at premier resorts including the Ritz-Carlton Kapalua and Four Seasons properties in Nevis, Lanai, and Punta Mita. Saine also brings his unique creative energy to the courts as a published fine art photographer and founder of the kindness-driven gifting brand, Share Your Sprinkles.
In his new role, Quinn will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for all racquet programming, including Tennis and Pickleball, and innovative new offerings to drive participation and retention across all skill levels. He will also be responsible for member and guest satisfaction, financial planning, staff leadership, and exceptional guest experiences across private membership, resort guests, and corporate group stays.
