Bringing more than 35 years of luxury hospitality experience, Odaka will oversee the resort's transient leisure sales strategy, cultivating relationships with leading luxury travel advisors, consortia partners, and key leisure accounts while driving continued growth across one of California's premier resort destinations.
A highly respected leader in luxury hospitality sales, Odaka brings decades of experience representing some of the world's most prestigious hotel brands. She launched her hospitality career in 1991 as a member of the opening team at The Peninsula Beverly Hills before going on to lead West Coast global sales initiatives for renowned luxury portfolios including The Leading Hotels of the World, representing more than 450 independent luxury hotels worldwide, and Auberge Resorts Collection, overseeing strategic sales efforts across its collection of 26 award-winning properties.
Throughout her career, Odaka has cultivated longstanding relationships with premier luxury travel agencies, entertainment industry travel planners, and top-producing advisors across the critical West Coast feeder market. Known for her collaborative approach and strategic vision, she has consistently developed innovative multi-property sales initiatives, educational programs, and market-driven campaigns that have expanded brand awareness, strengthened advisor engagement, and generated meaningful revenue growth for luxury hospitality brands.
