Mark Eberwein has been appointed as General Manager at The Ritz-Carlton, Los Angeles, JW Marriott and The Ritz-Carlton Residences Los Angeles L.A. LIVE

Eberwein most recently served as General Manager of SLS Beverly Hills, where he successfully repositioned the hotel’s commercial strategy, achieved the highest RevPAR index in the property’s history, and delivered exceptional financial performance while maintaining top-tier associate and guest satisfaction.

Prior to his tenure at SLS Beverly Hills, Eberwein held General Manager roles at W Hollywood, W Las Vegas, and W Los Angeles – Westwood, consistently strengthening market positioning, elevating employee engagement, and delivering industry-leading results. He currently serves as Vice Chairman of the Los Angeles Tourism Marketing District Board, sits on the Board of Directors for the Hotel Association of Los Angeles, and is an Executive Board Member of the Los Angeles Tourism & Convention Board, reinforcing his deep connection to the city’s hospitality and tourism landscape.

With both properties situated at the epicenter of the city’s entertainment district, Eberwein will continue to advance a forward-thinking approach to the guest experience.
