Sid Ramani has been appointed as General Manager at Hyatt Regency Huntington Beach Resort and Spa
Hyatt Regency Huntington Beach Resort & Spa, the 519-room oceanfront resort along Surf City USA, is pleased to announce the appointment of Sid Ramani as General Manager. Ramani brings more than 25 years of experience with Hyatt Hotels Corporation, having held leadership positions across the Hyatt Regency, Grand Hyatt, Andaz, Hyatt Centric and Hyatt House brands.
He has led hotels in some of Southern California's most dynamic markets, including Newport Beach, Long Beach and Irvine, building a reputation for operational excellence, commercial leadership and cultivating high-performing teams.
Most recently, Ramani served as Area General Manager of Hyatt Regency Irvine and Hyatt House Irvine, where he led the hotel's $55 million transformation and repositioning. Under his leadership, Hyatt Regency Irvine earned AAA Four Diamond recognition within its first year of operation and established itself as Orange County's premier urban resort. Ramani also served on the Irvine Hotel Improvement District Operating Committee and partnered with Destination Irvine to support tourism growth and community engagement initiatives.
Known for his commitment to colleague culture, guest experience, commercial strategy and disciplined execution, Ramani was recognized in 2026 by the Greater Irvine Chamber of Commerce as “Executive of the Year” for his leadership and contributions to the Irvine business community.
