Tristan Delaittre has been appointed as General Manager at Hotel Eden
Dorchester Collection has announced the appointment of Tristan Delaittre as general manager of Hotel Eden in Rome, effective October 1, 2026. After more than seven years with the company, he takes on the role following his most recent position as corporate director of food and beverage, where he oversaw strategy across Dorchester Collection's portfolio of hotels and contributed to the development of future openings in Dubai and Tokyo.
Prior to this, Delaittre served as food and beverage director at Le Meurice in Paris, overseeing the hotel's restaurants, bars, events and in-room dining operations.
His appointment comes as Rome continues to strengthen its position as one of Europe's leading luxury destinations, with Hotel Eden remaining one of the city's most established luxury addresses.
