Katelyn Kucera has been appointed as Director of Human Resources at Hyatt Regency Boston / Cambridge
Katelyn brings a unique perspective shaped by her experience working as a front desk manager, overseeing bar and restaurant operations, and within the human resources department. A SHRM-certified professional, Kucera has twice been recognized as a Hyatt Leader of the Quarter and was nominated for the Massachusetts Lodging Association’s Stars of the Industry awards in the Outstanding Manager of the Year category.
Her people-first leadership approach will guide efforts to expand training and development opportunities for team members, including the next evolution of the hotel’s leadership development program.
Kucera is particularly focused on creating opportunities for associates to grow, build confidence, and develop the skills needed for their next career step.
