Natalie Gonzalez has been appointed as General Manager at O2 Beach Club & Spa

Natalie brings a global perspective and extensive luxury hospitality experience to her role as General Manager of O2 Beach Club & Spa. Her career began aboard Celebrity Cruises, where she spent eight years leading multicultural teams and traveling to more than 75 countries. Most recently, she served as General Manager at The Sands in Barbados. These experiences shaped her people-focused leadership style and her belief that exceptional hospitality is rooted in genuine human connection and an authentic sense of place.

Born in Barbados and raised in France, Natalie’s French-Barbadian heritage has given her a deep appreciation for diverse cultures, traditions and perspectives. She is passionate about building high-performing teams and creating an environment where collaboration, innovation and genuine care can thrive. At O2 Beach Club & Spa, she is committed to delivering exceptional service while helping guests forge a meaningful connection with the warmth, culture and spirit of her native Barbados. 

Outside of work, Natalie is an avid road and trail runner with a lifelong interest in fitness, wellness and travel. She trains with a local running club, competes in local championships and has completed endurance events including the Paris Marathon. Her enthusiasm for exploring destinations beyond the traditional tourist path continues to inform her approach to creating thoughtful, memorable guest experiences.
