Guiding the property's debut is General Manager Melissa Sims, who brings two decades of Four Seasons experience to Jacksonville.
Sims will oversee all aspects of hotel operations, culture and guest experience, guiding the successful opening of Four Seasons Hotel and Residences Jacksonville. She brings a distinctive leadership perspective shaped by a career that spans operations, people and culture, and learning and development, most recently serving as General Manager of Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado Santa Fe. Her unique breadth of experience has shaped a deeply people-centric approach to leadership and a belief that exceptional guest experiences begin with empowered teams and a strong sense of purpose.
