Josh Harnden has been appointed as Global Culinary Director at NoMad London

NoMad London, the flagship hotel of the globally renowned NoMad brand housed in the Grade II-listed former Bow Street Magistrates' Court in Covent Garden, announces the appointment of Josh Harnden as Global Culinary Director, marking a new culinary direction for the hotel.

Harnden returns to the brand where his career began, in the kitchen of NoMad New York. Since then he has built an internationally acclaimed career, including a defining tenure at Eleven Madison Park as Partner and Creative Culinary Director and leadership roles at Canlis, Davies and Brook, One White Street and Orianna. As Global Culinary Director, he will shape menu direction, operational standards and creative vision across NoMad Hotels, and will also play a leading role in the food and beverage development of NoMad Singapore.
