Carlo Scotto has been appointed as Executive Chef at NoMad London
NoMad London, the flagship hotel of the globally renowned NoMad brand housed in the Grade II-listed former Bow Street Magistrates' Court in Covent Garden, announces the appointment of Carlo Scotto as Executive Chef, marking a new culinary direction for the hotel.
Scotto brings a style shaped by kitchens across Europe, Asia and the US. Born and raised in Naples, he began cooking at 13 before refining his craft in Paris, Tokyo, New York and London, where he trained under Gordon Ramsay, Angela Hartnett and the Galvin brothers. He later opened two acclaimed London restaurants, Xier in Marylebone and Amethyst in Mayfair. As Executive Chef, he leads the kitchen at NoMad London across Twenty8 NoMad and the hotel's wider food offering including Side Hustle and The Library.
