Anuj Singh has been appointed as Cluster Hotel Manager at Novotel & ibis Chiang Mai Nimman Journeyhub
Journeyhub Hotels, the hospitality platform of Boutique Corporation Public Company Limited (BC), has appointed Anuj Singh as Cluster Hotel Manager for Novotel Chiang Mai Nimman Journeyhub and ibis Chiang Mai Nimman Journeyhub, overseeing hotel operations, guest experience and commercial performance across the two properties.
The appointment comes at a strong period for the Chiang Mai cluster, with both hotels delivering solid performance and continuing to outperform the market. Singh will focus on building on this momentum, further elevating the guest experience, strengthening operational performance and reinforcing the positioning of both hotels within Chiang Mai’s competitive hospitality market.
Anuj brings more than 15 years of international hospitality experience, with a career spanning the United States and Australia and extensive experience within Accor’s multi-brand portfolio.
He began his career at Four Seasons Resort Jackson Hole in Wyoming, before completing the Management Training Programme at Sofitel Washington DC. He subsequently moved to Australia, where he spent more than a decade progressing through hotel operations and leadership roles across Sydney and Darwin.
During his time in Australia, Anuj held senior positions across Pullman, Novotel, Mercure and ibis, most recently serving as Cluster Operations Manager for a multi-brand resort operation. His experience across multiple hotel segments and Accor brands brings a strong operational and commercial perspective to BC’s dual-brand Chiang Mai cluster.
Novotel Chiang Mai Nimman Journeyhub and ibis Chiang Mai Nimman Journeyhub marked the beginning of BC’s partnership with Accor and remain an important part of the group’s hospitality portfolio. BC has since expanded its Accor network to include Mercure Phuket Patong Journeyhub and greet Bangkok Sukhumvit 16 Jono, with Mövenpick Resort Phuket Kamala Beach and JonoX Sukhumvit 5 – Handwritten Collection in Bangkok scheduled to join the portfolio.
