Christopher Nez has been appointed as Director of Food & Beverage at Lotte New York Palace
Lotte New York Palace is pleased to announce the appointment of Christopher Nez as its new Director of Food & Beverage. Bringing more than 20 years of experience in food and beverage management, Nez will oversee operations across the hotel’s culinary program, including Villard Restaurant, the Gold Room, Rarities, and Pomme Palais, as well as in-room and private dining. His appointment marks an exciting addition to the hotel’s leadership team as Lotte New York Palace continues to elevate its culinary offerings and deliver exceptional guest experiences in the heart of Midtown Manhattan.
Nez joins Lotte New York Palace with extensive experience across some of New York City’s most recognized hotels and hospitality brands. His background includes pivotal roles at Park Central, The Plaza Hotel, TWA Hotel, JW Marriott Essex House and Gordon Ramsay at The London, where he honed his expertise within luxury hospitality and large-scale food and beverage operations. Known for developing high-performing teams, driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional guest service, Nez was named Leader of the Year in 2018 during his tenure at The Plaza Hotel.
