Sarah Bohn has been appointed as General Manager at Hilton Scottsdale Resort & Villas
HM Alpha Hotels & Resorts is pleased to announce the appointment of Sarah Bohn as general manager of Hilton Scottsdale Resort & Villas. With a career spanning more than 15 years of hospitality leadership experience, Bohn aims to leverage her diverse background in luxury, independent, and branded properties to build upon the resort’s standard of excellence and lead the property into its next chapter.
Throughout her impressive career, Bohn has held 13 distinct roles across six different properties, including multiple task force assignments and hotel pre-openings. Most recently, she served as hotel manager at Westin La Paloma Resort & Spa in Tucson for two and a half years. Her extensive leadership background includes experience with Marriott-managed Ritz-Carlton properties as well as CIVANA Wellness Resort & Spa. Additionally, Bohn spent a year and a half living and working in Haikou, China, bringing a rich international perspective to her management approach. She seamlessly blends the structured service culture executed at Ritz-Carlton with the entrepreneurial spirit of independent wellness concepts.
Originally from Florida, Bohn has developed a special affinity for the American Southwest. Outside of her professional achievements, she embraces personal challenges, having completed the Camino de Santiago and tackled the 29029 Everesting physical endurance challenge. Above all, Bohn is dedicated to mentorship, passionate leadership, and creating an inspiring environment for her team to thrive.
