Ronald Schneider has been appointed as Director of Food & Beverage at The St. Regis Costa Mujeres Resort, Cancun

Ronald Schneider brings more than 24 years of experience across luxury hotels, lifestyle brands, restaurants, and hospitality ventures throughout Latin America and beyond to his role as Director of Food & Beverage. Prior to joining The St. Regis Costa Mujeres Resort, Schneider served as Director of Food & Beverage at W São Paulo, where he oversaw the conceptualization and opening of three signature restaurants and bars, including the renowned Rooftop L40. Previously, at W Bogotá, he led the transformation of the hotel's food & beverage division into one of Marriott's highest-performing operations in the Americas while launching new concepts and driving growth across restaurant and beverage programming. An entrepreneur as well as a hospitality executive, Schneider has also founded acclaimed Colombian ventures including Nero Gelateria, a premium artisan gelato brand, and 8yCuarto, a classic cocktail bar. At The St. Regis Costa Mujeres Resort, he oversees more than nine distinct dining and bar concepts, bringing together refined hospitality, culinary creativity and inspiration drawn from the cultural heritage of the Yucatán Peninsula.
