Mary Grego has been appointed as General Manager at Stonebridge Inn
Mary Grego has been appointed general manager of The Stonebridge Inn, located in Snowmass Village, Colo. Grego brings nearly a decade of hospitality leadership experience and will oversee operations as the reimagined property prepares to reopen this winter following its $15.7 million transformation.
Grego joins The Stonebridge Inn from Top of the Village, CoralTree Residences, where she served as assistant general manager. In that role, she oversaw operations for a 111-unit homeowners association and residential rental program, which was consistently ranked among Snowmass Village's top-performing properties. She also played a key role in the property’s transition to CoralTree Residences, partnering closely with homeowners, the HOA Board and operational teams to strengthen performance and enhance the guest experience.
Throughout her career, Grego has built a reputation for leading operational transitions and supporting complex resort operations. In addition to leadership roles at The Villas at Snowmass Club, Hyatt Regency Scottsdale Resort & Spa at Gainey Ranch, Grand Hyatt Denver and Hyatt Regency McCormick Place Chicago, she volunteered for multiple Hyatt and CoralTree task force assignments, supporting Hyatt Regency Huntington Beach Resort and Spa, Hyatt Regency Waikiki Beach Resort and Spa and, most recently, the onboarding and opening of CoralTree's Wild Dunes resort. Grego was also recognized as Manager of the Year in 2022.
Grego's appointment comes as The Stonebridge Inn prepares to reopen following a comprehensive $15.7 million transformation. Opening shortly after Snowmass welcomed its first guests in 1967, the 93-room hotel has welcomed generations of skiers, hikers and families to one of the resort's most desirable locations. The renovation refreshes nearly every aspect of the property, including guestrooms and suites, public spaces, meeting and event venues, and Heather's Snowmass restaurant, while preserving the inviting mountain character that has defined the hotel for more than five decades.
Grego earned a bachelor's degree in Hospitality Business from Michigan State University and is a graduate of the Dale Carnegie Professional Development Program.
Mary Grego is an alumnus of The School of Hospitality Business at Michigan State University – Class of 2017.
