Kenneth Rivera has been appointed as Executive Chef at Conrad Indianapolis
Conrad Indianapolis, the city’s premier luxury hotel, today announced the appointment of Kenneth Rivera as Executive Chef. An accomplished culinary leader with experience across luxury resorts and fine dining, Chef Rivera will oversee all culinary strategy and operations, helping shape the next chapter of Conrad Indianapolis as the hotel advances its property-wide transformation, including reimagined guest rooms and suites, refreshed public spaces and an elevated guest experience. In his new role, Chef Rivera will lead culinary direction across The Lounge, banquet services, in-room dining, weddings, and special events.
With a career rooted in luxury hospitality, Chef Rivera brings more than 15 years of culinary experience to his role from some of the industry's most respected hotels, resorts and restaurant concepts. He joins Conrad Indianapolis from Conrad Orlando, where he served as Chef de Cuisine and helped lead one of the resort’s premier high-volume dining operations. His hospitality background also includes culinary leadership roles at luxury resorts and restaurant concepts across Florida and Puerto Rico.
Chef Rivera’s connection to food began early in life in his family’s restaurant, shaping a culinary philosophy centered on fresh ingredients, disciplined technique, and respect for origin. At Conrad Indianapolis, he brings that foundation to a culinary program focused on creating dining experiences that are both refined and approachable.
