Grand Hotel Belvedere, a Beaumier Hotel, has appointed Tanja Münker as Area General Manager, effective 1 January 2027.
With more than 20 years of international experience in luxury hospitality, Münker is an accomplished hotelier who specialises in high-end hotel operations and team leadership. Since December 2022, she has served as General Manager of the award-winning Bergwelt Grindelwald Alpine Design Resort in Switzerland, overseeing the 90-room property and a team of 95 associates. Her operational leadership was central to establishing the resort as one of Europe's premier mountain destinations. Prior to this role, Münker held positions with global luxury hotel groups including Marriott and Sheraton, developing her expertise in high-end service standards and hotel management.
Having lived in Grindelwald since 2022, Münker has a strong personal connection to the region and is already very familiar with Beaumier's Grand Hotel Belvedere. It is her genuine fondness for the Alpine environment, along with her professional expertise, that makes the Area General Manager position at Beaumier an excellent fit.
