As part of a comprehensive new revenue strategy for 2009, the hotel’s management team was tasked with selecting a new PMS to take full advantage of the investment in the IDeaS Revenue Management System (RMS). After an extensive selection process involving each Head of Department and several reference checks, Xn Hotel Systems and protel PMS were selected. The hotel also ordered Xn’s dotPOS Enterprise Point of Sale solution.
