Fairmont Pittsburgh Implements UniFocus’ Watson, R.M.™

UniFocus today announced that the Fairmont Pittsburgh has implemented the company’s innovative Watson, R.M. Labor Management System (LMS) and EVENTLabor.

The Fairmont Pittsburgh, which opened on March 29, 2010, is the city’s first premier luxury hotel and is also part of Three PNC Plaza, a 23-story high-rise mixed use development. The Fairmont property is LEED certified and features 185 guestrooms, 12,000 square feet of event space and a 6,000 square-foot health club.
